The villas are built in two levels of 170 sq. m. each and they have been given different names inspired from the elements of nature: Thalassa -The sea, Anemos -The wind, Vrachos -The rock and Kyma -The wave.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a semi-twin bed (1.20mx2.00m) and a spacious bathroom with shower complement the rest of the space. Just outside the living room a roofed terrace of 10sq. m. with a dining table and arm chairs meets the serenity of the private pool and the terrific sea view.
Going up the stairs with the hidden night lights that create an ambient atmosphere, one will meet the two Master bedrooms with their spacious bathrooms. The first one with the stunning view to the endless blue has a 1,70x2,00 m. bed and a large shaded balcony with 2 relaxing armchairs and coffee table. The second one with a view to the deep green Taygetus mountain has two single beds that, if needed, they can be connected together to form a 2,00x2,00 m. bed. Its balcony is equipped with 2 armchairs and coffee table.
All mattresses are hand-crafted especially for Alassa Villas (specific certificates are labeled in every room) offering a comfortable and relaxing sleep. All bed linen and towels have been chosen paying particular attention both to the aesthetic result and to luxury. They are all fabricated with high density 100% Egyptian cotton.
The minimal style decoration reveals that “attention to the detail” was the overriding aim in order to create a cosy environment with only mild aesthetic differentiations among the villas, guaranteeing the same superb accommodation in all 4 of them.
The space cools by a powerful, low noise centralized air-conditioning system.
