*On the little island of Pefnos, according to the Greek mythology, the famous twins Dioscuri were born. These were the sons of Zeus and Leda the mythical Spartan Queen. Zeus in the form of swan seduced Leda and she gave birth to two eggs from which Dioscuri were brought to life. The visitors can observe a giant egg on the island which depicts the story.
